Together with our partner JSW Hungary, we offer services to analyse and quantify aggregation of Aß1-42 peptides but also other Aß species. Aggregation can be evaluated by different methods:

•  Dynamic light scattering (DLS) 
•  Atomic force microscopy (AFM)‏
•  Western Blotting

These methods allow to analyse oligomerisation and fibrillisation of Aß1-42 peptides under controlled experimental conditions and are suitable for testing substances inhibiting or accelerating protein aggregation.
